Tickets

To attend UXcamp Europe, you will need a ticket. Tickets are free thanks to our sponsors, but they help us make sure we don't have more people showing up than we can handle.

Tickets were released on Thursday, March 20, at 5 PM Berlin time (CET) and have sold out in under one minute.
Please join the waitlist! We’ll reach out in the coming weeks if any tickets become available.

 Frequent questions and answers

We know you will skip this, but it is actually important. :-)

How do I get a ticket?

By clicking the link below. Follow all instructions until the very end — you’re only done once you received your ticket by email.

When you get your ticket, there is the option to pay what you want. This will be optional, we love you even if you can only join on a free ticket, and paying for your ticket will not give you priority in actually getting one.

How do I pay for my ticket?

At the start of the process there is a field where you enter the amount (in Euros) you wish to pay. By default it is set to zero, you only pay if you manually change this number. If you’re not sure how much to spend, consider anything between 20,- and 50,- Euros.

Payments are only possible via credit card. They are processed by Tito (our ticketing provider) and Stripe (our payments provider). The statement on your credit card will be “UXcamp Europe”.

What if I wasn’t able to get a ticket? Can I attend UXcamp Europe anyway?

No, sorry. But please join the waiting list, we will offer tickets there when they become available.

I tried getting a ticket, but I got an error message or the line was locked, what can I do?

This is Tito's way of telling you that others were quicker. We know the error message is confusing, but we cannot change it. Your best option is to reload the page and try again. Last year several thousand people tried getting a ticket — consider it a lottery and consider yourself lucky if you get one.

You know you're done and were successful once you received your ticket by email.

I have a ticket, but I can’t attend, what should I do?

There are always lots of people on the waiting list for UXcamp Europe – please make one of them happy and cancel your ticket so it can be made available to other participants. To cancel your ticket, click on "Change Details" in your ticket email from Tito.

  • Please note that we cannot transfer free tickets to someone else, we will honor the waiting list instead.

  • Please note that we cannot refund paid tickets, instead we will allow you to transfer the ticket to a person of your choice.

Do I have to bring a copy of my ticket?

Yes, please! A printout of your ticket helps speed things up at the registration desk considerably. Even better, Tito includes a QR code, a PDF, and an Apple Wallet ticket in your confirmation email – showing us your electronic ticket is faster than paper.
